盐酸决奈达隆合成

摘要 目的:为提高盐酸决奈达隆合成的收率,研发一种新的盐酸决奈达隆的合成工艺。方法:对比分析以前工艺的优缺点,对其中关键步骤进行优化,取得最大收率。结果:以2-丁基-5-硝基苯并呋喃为起始原料,经过付克酰化反应、去甲基化反应、醚化反应、还原反应、甲磺酰化反应和成盐反应合成了盐酸决奈达隆原料药,然后丙酮精制,得到盐酸决奈达隆纯度99.8%。结论:该工艺路线收率高,适合工业化生产。
