心血管病危险因素的多重干预对高血压合并代谢综合征患者动脉硬化指标的影响

Effect of multiple cardiovascular disease risk factors intervention on arteriosclerosis indicators in hypertensive patients with metabolic syndrome

目的探讨多重心血管危险因素综合干预对高血压合并代谢综合征患者动脉硬化指标的影响。方法 60例高血压患者,依据空腹血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及体重指数分为单纯高血压组和高血压合并代谢综合征组,对合并有代谢综合征患者进行综合干预,观察综合干预前后两组患者动脉硬化指标的变化。结果干预前高血压合并代谢综合征组脉压及动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)明显高于单纯性高血压组(P<0.05),对高血压合并代谢综合征组综合干预后与干预前比较,脉压及AASI明显降低(P<0.05),但仍明显高于单纯性高血压组(P<0.05)。结论合并代谢综合征的高血压患者动脉硬化较严重,多重危险因素的全面干预对动脉硬化指标可有改善作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of multiple cardiovascular risk factors intervention on arteriosclerosis indicators in hyper- tensive patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with hypertension were divided into group A and group B, according to fasting blood glucose, TG, HDL - C and BMI. Patients with uncomplicated hypertension were assigned into group A and hypertensive patients with meta- bolic syndrome were assigned into group B. The patients in group B received comprehensive interventions. The change of arteriosclerosis indicators was observed between the two groups before and after the comprehensive intervention. Results The pulse pressure and ambulatory arterial stiffness index （AASI） in group B were significantly higher than group A （ P 〈 0.05 ） before the intervention. The pulse pressure and AASI in group B de- creased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） after intervention, but still higher than group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The arteriosclerosis of hypertensive patients with metabolic syndrome are more severe. The comprehensive interventions of multiple risk factors can help the patients improve their arte- riosclerosis indicators.
