SmartPLUG泪点塞栓治疗水液缺乏型干眼临床观察

Clinical observation of SmartPIUG lacrimal plug in the treatment of aqueous tear deficiency dry eye patients

目的探讨新型SmartPLUG泪点塞栓治疗水液缺乏型干眼的临床效果。方法观察25例(46只眼)水液缺乏型干眼患者选择性在上下泪小点或下泪小点植入SmartPLUG泪点塞栓,治疗2周后主观症状、角膜荧光素染色(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及泪液分泌试验(SIt)改善情况。结果治疗后显效36只眼,占78.3%;有效10只眼,占21.7%。结论 SmartPLUG泪点塞栓可以显著改善水液缺乏型干眼患者的临床症状,是治疗此类干眼的有效方法之一。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of SmartPIUG lacrimal plug in the treatment of aqueous tear deficiency dry eye pa- tients. Methods 25 patients （46 eyes） were included into this study and inserted SmartPIUG lacrimal plug to treat aqueous tear deficiency dry eye. The puncmm by SmartPIUG lacrimal plug was applied in the upper and lower puncta or only in the lower puncta. Symptoms of patients, fluo- rescein staining （ FL）, tear film break up time （BUT） and Schirmer I test （Sit） were assessed 2 weeks after operation. Results The results showed that effective rate and improvement rate were 78.3% （36 eyes） and 21.7% （ 10 eyes）, respectively. Conclusion Symptoms of patients suffered from aqueous tear deficiency dry eye could be relieved obviously by ueing SmartPIUG lacrimal plug. This method is one of effective meth- ods for treating this kind of dye eye.
