摘要 目的探讨胆红素脑病新生儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平与脑损伤相关性及临床意义。方法研究对象为2009年9月至2012年3月胆红素脑病新生儿36例、足月正常新生儿32例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清IGF-1水平,对两组新生儿血清IGF-1水平进行比较;同步检测两组患儿间接胆红素水平进行比较。结果胆红素脑病患儿组血清IGF-1浓度为36.12±6.28 ng/ml,较正常对照组78.65±17.51 ng/ml降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆红素脑病患儿血清IGF-1浓度显著降低可能与脑损伤密切相关,检测血清IGF-1水平对判断胆红素脑病患儿脑损伤具有临床参考价值。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum level of insulin - like growth factor - 1 ( IGF - 1 ) in neonates with bilimbin eneephalopathy and to study its correlation with the impairment of brain of these patients. Methods A total of 36 neonates with bilirubin encephalopathy during September 2009 to March 2012 were allocated in this study and 32 full - term normal neonates were selected as control group. Their serum levels of IGF - 1 were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The mean serum level of IGF - 1 in group of neonates with bilirubin encephalopathy was 36.12 ± 6.28 ng / ml, it was lower than that of control groups (78.65 ± 17.51 ng/ml), and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The significant reduction in serum level of IGF - 1 is closely related to the degree of cerebral impairment of bilirubin encephalopathy and the detection of serum level of IGF - 1 in these neonates has clinical significance for judgment of brain impairment.
