摘要
目的:研究芩榆烧伤凝胶对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、表皮葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌能力。方法:采用试管两倍稀释法测定芩榆烧伤凝胶对受试菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。选择芩榆烧伤凝胶对受试菌的最低抑菌浓度测定杀菌速度,绘制杀菌曲线(KC S)。结果:对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC及MBC为0.48 mg·g-1,对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC及MBC为0.24 mg·g-1,对大肠埃希菌的MIC及MBC为1.91 mg·g-1,对表皮葡萄球菌的MIC及MBC为0.12 mg·g-1,对白色念珠菌的MIC为0.24 mg·g-1、MBC为0.48 mg·g-1。KC S表明,24 h后芩榆烧伤凝胶对受试菌的杀菌率为95%以上。结论:芩榆烧伤凝胶对上述革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、白色念株菌均有杀灭作用并且杀菌作用快。
Objective: To observe in vitro bacteriostasis of Qinyu burn gel to Staphylococcus aurcus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Candida albicans. Methods: Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Qinyu burn gel were tested using tube double dilution method.MIC of Qinyu burn gel to the test bacterial was selected to determine the sterilizing speed,and the time-kill curves (KCs) were drawn. Results: The Qinyu burn gel's MIC and MBC to S.aurcus,P.aeruginosa,E.col and S.epidermidis were 0.48 mg·g-1,0.24 mg·g-1,i was 1.91 mg·g-1,and 0.12 mg·g-1,respectively;and to C.albicans,the MIC was 0.24 mg·g-1 and the MBC was 0.48 mg·g-1.Time-kill curves indicated sterilizing rates were above 95% of Qinyu burn gel to the test bacteria. Conclusion: Qinyu burn gel has a rapid bactericidal effect on gram-positive bacteria,gram-negative bacteria and C.albicans.
