摘要
目的:建立测定四氢异喹啉(Sal)和五羟色胺(5-HT) 的电分析化学新方法。方法:首先通过电化学方法制备了铂纳米/碳纳米管复合材料(Pt NPs/MWCNTs) 修饰的玻碳电极,并通过扫描电镜研究了复合材料形貌,同时也研究了Sal和5-HT在Pt NPs/MWCNTs修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果:Sal和5-HT的电化学氧化信号有着明显的分离,对于Sal,峰电流与4.8×10-7~5.2×10-5 mol·L-1呈线性变化(r=0.9995),检测限为1.6×10-7 mol·L-1 (S/N=3);而对于5-HT,峰电流与5-HT在2.7×10-7~3.07×10-5 mol·L-1范围内呈线性增加(r=0.9993),检测限为9.0×10-8 mol·L-1 (S/N=3)。结论:本方法可以应用于血样中Sal和5-HT的同时灵敏检测,结果令人满意。
Objective: To establish a new electroanalytical method for simultaneous determination of salsolinol (Sal) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT)in plasma samples. Methods: Pt NPs/MWCNTs composite material was prepared,and its morphology was obtained by scanning electron microscopy.The electrochemical behavior of Sal and 5-HT was investigated at Pt NPs/MWCNTs modified electrode. Results: The experiment result showed the oxidation signals of 5-HT and Sal were obviously separated,and the intensity of the peak current for Sal was linearly related to the concentration in range from 4.8×10-7 to 5.2×10-5 mol·L-1 with a detection limit of 1.6×10-7 mol·L-1 (S/N=3).The intensity of the peak current for 5-HT was linearly related to the concentration in range from 2.7×10-7 to 3.07×10-5 mol·L-1 with a detection limit of 9.0×10-8 mol·L-1 (S/N=3). Conclusion: The modified electrode can be used for simultaneous sensitive detection of Sal and 5-HT in serum samples and it has obtained satisfactory results.
