TLC-IR法检测降糖中药及保健品中掺入2种双胍类药物 被引量:12

摘要 目的:建立降糖中药及保健品中非法添加2种双胍类药物的快速检测方法。方法:采用硅胶GF254薄层板,乙酸乙酯-甲醇-冰醋酸(5∶6∶0.5)为展开剂,展开制备薄层斑点,测其红外光谱。结果:建立的TLC-IR法对降糖中成药及保健品共计6个品种12批次进行检测,其中3种保健品非法添加了双胍类成分。结论:方法简便易行、专属性较强,可用TLC-IR法对降糖中药及保健品中掺入的化学降糖药物进行快速检测。 Objective: To establish a TLC-IR method for rapid detection of 2 kinds of biguanides illegally added into traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) and health products. Methods: The silica gel GF254 thin layer plate was used and a mixture of acetidin-methanol-acetic acid (5:6:0.5) was used as the developing solvent to obtain the sample spot and detect IR spectra. Results: The established TLC-IR method was used to test a total of 6 varieties (12 batches) of antidiabetic Chinese patent medicines and health products,among which 3 health products were detected with illegally added biguanides. Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid and selective,which can be used for rapid detection of illegally added chemical antidiabetic components in antidiabetic TCMs and health products.
