TLC-IR法检测降糖中药及保健品中掺入2种双胍类药物

Identification of two kinds of biguanides illegally added to traditional Chinese medicines and health products by TLC- IR

目的:建立降糖中药及保健品中非法添加2种双胍类药物的快速检测方法。方法:采用硅胶GF254薄层板,乙酸乙酯-甲醇-冰醋酸(5∶6∶0.5)为展开剂,展开制备薄层斑点,测其红外光谱。结果:建立的TLC-IR法对降糖中成药及保健品共计6个品种12批次进行检测,其中3种保健品非法添加了双胍类成分。结论:方法简便易行、专属性较强,可用TLC-IR法对降糖中药及保健品中掺入的化学降糖药物进行快速检测。

Objective： To establish a TLC-IR method for rapid detection of 2 kinds of biguanides illegally added into traditional Chinese medicines （TCMs） and health products. Methods： The silica gel GF254 thin layer plate was used and a mixture of acetidin-methanol-acetic acid （5：6：0.5） was used as the developing solvent to obtain the sample spot and detect IR spectra. Results： The established TLC-IR method was used to test a total of 6 varieties （12 batches） of antidiabetic Chinese patent medicines and health products,among which 3 health products were detected with illegally added biguanides. Conclusion： This method is simple,rapid and selective,which can be used for rapid detection of illegally added chemical antidiabetic components in antidiabetic TCMs and health products.
