款冬花非药用部位的生药学鉴别研究

Pharmacognostic authentication study on non- officinal portions of Farfarae Flos

目的:针对市场上出现的款冬花的非药用部位掺杂的现象,开展生药学鉴别研究,为款冬花及相关药材的质量控制提供参考依据。方法:在市场调查、植物采集,药材样本及馆藏标本的生药学研究基础上,对作为掺伪物的款冬花非药用部位花梗、根茎进行性状和显微鉴别。结果:明确了款冬花非药用部位花梗、根茎的外观性状特征及显微特征。结论:通过性状及显微鉴别研究,可以对常见掺伪物,款冬花非药用部位花梗及根茎进行鉴别。

Objective： To research the authentication characteristics of non-officinal portions of Farfarae Flos in order to distinguish some traditional Chinese medicines adulterated with non-officinal portions of Farfarae Flos in markets and to provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Farfarae Flos as well as relative traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Methods： On the basis of market research,plant collection and specimen observation,the non-officinal portions,the scape and the rootstock of Farfarae Flos,which might be used as adulterations,were characterized and identified by microscopical methods. Results： The morphological characteristics and microscopic characteristics of the non-officinal portions of Farfarae Flos（the scape and the rootstock）were clarified. Conclusion： The non-officinal portions of Farfarae Flos（the scape and the rootstock）can be identified according to the macroscopical and microscopical characteristics.
