摘要
基于开放民主、信息成本、智能资本和被引率,高校都应构建自己的机构知识库。机构知识库具有明确职责、方便评价和提升大学排名等优势。通过实例,探讨在内容征集和推广策略等方面存在及面临的问题,为我国高校建设开放获取的机构知识库提供参考。
Based on open democry, information cost, intellectual capital and citation rates, university should build their own insti- tutional repository that has a clear responsibility to facilitate the evaluation and promotion of university rankings and other advantages. Through examples this paper discusses the problems in content collection and dissemination strategies,etc, in order to provide the reference for institu- tional repository of open access in our university.
