无搭接环形橡胶履带一次硫化成型模具设计 被引量:1

A Design of Primary Vulcanization Mold for Curing A Non-Lap Annular Ring Rubber Track

摘要 无搭接环形橡胶履带一次硫化成型模具型腔由多组径向可移动的内模块和外模块构成,由多块径向呈放射状向外扩展的内模块成型内表面,由向内呈放射状收缩的外模块成型外表面。利用COSMOSWorks软件的有限元分析功能,模拟加载后的应力、应变、位移情况,对本模具进行强度和刚度分析,优化了模具的结构,提高了设计效率。 An annular vulcanization mold for curing an annular ring rubber track is disclosed, h is characterized by being molded rubber track without lap joints. The annular mold cavity has a plurality of radially movable and outwardly expandable inner segments for forming the inner surface of the tread and a plurality of radially movable and inwardly contracting outer segments for forming the tread outer surface. The COSMOSWorks, finite element analysis software, is adopted by simulating the stress, strain and displacement of the mold after loading to show the regularity of the stress distribution and the deformation. Also the COSMOSWorks carryies out a strength and stiffness anaysis of the mold. The structure of mould is further optimized and thereby the design efficiency is enhanced.
