摘要
目的研究洋葱的通便作用特点并初步探讨其作用机理。方法采用燥结型与脾虚型两种便秘模型,观察洋葱提取物对便秘小鼠排便情况及碳末推进的影响;采用离体方法观察洋葱提取物对大鼠离体肠管的影响。结果在燥结型便秘模型中,洋葱提取物可提高小鼠黑便粒数、粪便总粒数、粪便重量和小肠推进率;在脾虚型便秘模型中,洋葱提取物可以提高小鼠的排便潜伏期、粪便总粒数及粪便重量;在大鼠离体肠管试验中,洋葱提取物可对抗毛果芸香碱引起的离体大鼠肠管强直性收缩,并使肠管的振动幅度增强。结论洋葱具有通便作用,但对不同类型便秘小鼠影响不同;洋葱的通便作用可能与肠管上的乙酰胆碱受体有关。
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of onion extract on constipated mice and explore the possible mechanism. Methods Onion extract was administrated orally to mice modeled with dry constipation and spleen - insufficiency con- stipation to observe its promotion on defecation and intestinal motility. Isolated rat intestinal smooth muscle was used to clarify the mechanism for accelerated defecation. Results Onion extract increased total droppings, droppings containing carbon powder, dropping weight and percentage of intestinal movement in the dry constipation model, and increased the time of first dropping con- taining carbon powder, total droppings and dropping weight in spleen - insufficiency model. Onion extract attenuated tonic con- traction caused by pilocarpine and enhanced vibration amplitude of isolated rat intestinal smooth muscle in vitro. Conclusion On- ion can accelerate defecation in varied types of constipated mice. The mechanism for accelerated defecation is in some degree as- sociated with muscarinic acetylcholine receptor.
