摘要
目的 研究天南星科植物海芋的化学成分.方法 利用90%乙醇提取,聚酰胺柱层析、硅胶柱层析等方法分离纯化化合物,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构.结果 从海芋中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别是1,2-dihydro-6,8-dimethoxy-7-hydroxy-1-(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-N1,N2-bis-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-2,3-naphthalene dicarboxamide(1)、cannabisin F(2)、棕榈酸(3)、棕榈酸甘油酯、(4)β-谷甾醇-3-O-6-棕榈酰葡萄糖苷、(5)和尿嘧啶(6).结论 化合物l ~6均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Alocasia macrorrhiza ( L. ) Schott. Methods Constituents were ex- tracted by 90% ethanol, isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques with silica gel, polyamide and so on. Their struc- tures were identified on the basis of physical - chemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were isolated and i- dentified as 1,2 - dihydro - 6,8 - dimethoxy - 7 - hydroxy - 1 - (3,5 - dimethoxy - 4 - hydroxyphenyl) - N1, N2 - bis - [ 2 - (4 - hydroxyphenyl) ethyl] - 2,3 - naphthalene dicarboxamide ( 1 ), cannabisin F ( 2 ), palmitic acid ( 3 ), 1 - monopalmitin (4), sitosterol - 3 - O - 6 - palmityl - β - D - glucopyranoside ( 5 ), and uracil (6). Conclusion Compounds 1 - 6 were isola- ted from Alocasia macrorrhiza for the first time.
