摘要
目的建立香薷药材的定性控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法分别检查药材中的低极性成分、中极性成分、高极性成分。结果低极性成分、中极性成分、高极性成分分别在以环己烷-乙酸乙酯(20∶0.1)、氯仿-甲醇(40∶1)、丙酮-冰醋酸(2∶1)为展开剂的条件下获得理想分离。结论该方法简便、快速,可作为香薷药材的定性控制方法。
Objective To establish the qualitative control method of Chinese Mosla Herb. Methods We use the thin layer chro- matography method to detect the high polarity class, medium polarity and low polarity class ingredients. Results These three kinds of ingredients are all separated very well by the cyclohexane - ethyl acetate(20:0.1 ) , Chloroform - methanol(40: 1 ) , acetone -glacial acetic acid (2: 1 ). Conclusion This method is simple, quick, and is applicable to the quality control of Chinese Mosla Herb.
