桑杏汤的水提工艺研究

Study on the Water Extraction Process of SangXing Decoction

目的探讨桑杏汤的水提工艺条件。方法以绿原酸含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,运用正交试验法对水提的工艺条件进行优化。结果水提最佳工艺为:第1次补足吸水量后加10倍量水浸泡2 h,其余每次加10倍量水,提取3次,每次提取2 h。结论优选的工艺稳定、可行。

Objective To optimize the water extraction conditions of SangXing Decoction. Methods An extraction procedure was optimized by orthogonal test. The content of Chlorogenic acid which was used as the assessment index was determined by HPLC. Results The optimum water extraction process was as follows：To use crude drugs in processed pieces with 10 times water, soak for 2h, extraction three times and each time lasts 2h. Conclusion The optimum process is stable and feasible.
