摘要 目的采用HPLC法建立青天葵药材的指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Welch Materials XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为水(A,含0.03%三氟乙酸)-乙腈(B)进行梯度洗脱;流速为1 ml/min;检测波长为210 nm;柱温为35℃。结果建立了青天葵的HPLC-UV的指纹图谱,指出12个共有指纹峰,共指认4个共有峰的成分结构并对不同来源的青天葵药材的相似度进行了比较。结论方法操作简便、快速、重现性好,可为青天葵的鉴别和质量控制提供有效依据。 Objective To establish the fingerprints of crude drug material (Nervilia Herba) from Nerviliaefordii by HPLC. Meth- ods acetonitrile- water (0.03% trifluoroacetic acid) was chosen as the mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm and the column temperature was at 35 'E. Results There were twelve character- istic peaks indicated in fingerprints, among of them 4 peaks have their chemical structures. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility. It provides a reference standard for the quality control of the materials from Nerviliae fordii.
