补肺颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者血清IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α及TGF-β_1水平的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Bufei Granules on Serum Levels of IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α and TGF-β_1 in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的观察补肺颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效及其对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响,初步探讨其作用机制。方法将130例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组(69例)和对照组(61例),治疗组口服补肺颗粒,对照组给予安慰剂。治疗30天后比较疗效,并采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组治疗前后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为53.62%,对照组为21.31%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及TGF-β1水平均较治疗前有所降低。治疗组治疗前后血清IL-8、TNF-α、TGF-β1水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后血清IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、TGF-β1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肺颗粒可以明显改善COPD稳定期患者临床症状,且其主要作用机制之一为降低患者血清炎性因子水平,减轻炎症反应。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bufei Granules and its effect on serum inflammatory factors in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to explain the mechanism of its therapeutic effect. Methods To- tally 130 stable COPD patients were randomized into treatment group (69 cases) and control group (61 cases). The treatment group was given Bufei Granules and the control group was given placebo. The treatment course lasted for 30 days. and the detection tests of serum interleukin - 6 ( IL - 6), interleukin - 8 ( IL - 8 ), tumor necrosis factor - α( TNF - α) and transforming growth factor - 131 (TGF - β1 ) were conducted by the method of enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 53.62% and 21.31% respectively,with signifi- cant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, the serum level of IL - 6, IL - 8, TNF - α and TGF - β1 de- creased in both groups. In treatment group, the serum level of IL -8, TNF -α and TGF - β1 except IL -6 lowered significantly(P 〈 0.05 ) after treatment. In comparison, the serum level of IL - 6, IL - 8, TNF - α and TGF - β1 in control group did not reduce significantly (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Bufei Granules can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with stable COPD, and one of its mechanisms is to reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors, so as to reduce inflammation reaetion.
