摘要
目的 建立一种同时测定金银花中F-、Cl-、SO42-、PO43-4种阴离子含量的方法.方法 采用离子色谱法,以阴离子交换色谱柱,氢氧化钾梯度淋洗,电导检测金银花中4种阴离子的含量.结果 F-、Cl-、SO42-、PO43-的线性范围分别为0.1 ~0.50,0.2~1.00,0.2 ~1.00,0.5 ~8.00 mg·L-1,样品加样回收率介于97%~103%之间.结论 离子色谱法可以方便快速地检测4种阴离子,操作简便,灵敏度高,结果准确可行.
Objective To establish a simultaneous determination of F^-, C1^- , SO4^2- , PO4^2- 4 kinds of inorganic anion content method in traditional Chinese medicine of Lonicera japonica. Methods Based on the ion chromatography using anion exchange chromatography column, potassium hydroxide gradient elution, to conductivity detect the four kinds of inorganic anion contents. Re- suits F- ,C1- ,SQ2- ,PO43- inorganic anion linear ranges were 0.1 - 0.50 mg · L-1 ,0.2 - 1. O0 mg· L-1 ,0.2 - 1.00 mg · L-1,0.5 - 8.00 mg · L-1, sample recovery was between 97% - 103 %. Conclusion The ion chromatography can be very con- venient and fast to determine four kinds of inorganic anion, with easy operation, high sensitivity and accurate feasibility.
