摘要
在综述和梳理世界城市发展转型实践的基础上,分析了转型的动力机制,从经济、社会、文化、环境等方面建立了城市发展转型综合评价体系。以深圳为案例,运用SWOT法分析了其发展转型的条件及所面临的问题和挑战,并在此基础上提出了推动城市发展转型的对策。
On the basis of summarizing and classifying the related practices of the world cities, this essay analyzes the dynamic mechanism and the six prospects of urban development and transformation. From the aspects of economy, society, cul- ture and environment, a comprehensive evaluation system is built. Besides, in the case study of Shenzhen, SWOT method is used to analyze the conditions, difficulties and challenges of Shenzhen in the future, and some policy proposals are also made to help Shenzhen with promoting development and transformation.
