考虑辐射换热后散热器肋的优化设计

摘要 散热器是电子产品发热元器件散热的重要器件,不论是型材、差指还是辐射、针状等散射器,决定其散射效果的核心部分在于各类散热器的肋(指、针)的高度。通常为了简化计算,在肋高的优化设计模型中,对其散热仅考虑对流换热而未计辐射换热部分,计算模型减缓了沿肋高(长度)方向温度的下降,其结果是使得多数散热器的理论肋高被设计得偏高,效率偏低,体积、质量偏大。文中旨在讨论计及辐射换热后,散热器肋片的高度优化问题,并通过实验测试予以佐证。 Heatsink is a kind of widely used cooling device for heating components. No matter what kinds of the heat sink is, shch as extruded heat sink, acicular heatsinnk and etc, the core of heatsink's cooling effect is its fin heigt. In order to simplity the cal- culation in thermal design, we only consider about heat transfer withaut heat radiation in the optimization design for fin height. Then theoretical fin height will be loger, cooling effect will be lower while volume and weight will be larger for almost heatsinks by the above calculation result, as the calculation model slows down the temperature drop along with the fin height. Therefore this pafer concerned with how to optimize the fin height involving heat radiation and prove it by test.
