摘要 对橡胶试样进行氟碳表面改性处理,使橡胶试样表面形成一层致密的保护层。利用电镜扫描观察,保护层仅含有F、C两种元素及少量的Si,且形貌致密、均一、光滑。耐介质试验、光滑表面摩擦实验表明,氟碳涂层具有较好的热稳定性及化学稳定性,可有效提高橡胶试样的耐介质性、耐磨性和抗粘着性,降低橡胶试样接触表面的摩擦系数、动态摩擦区域温升及老化速度,改善动密封橡胶制品的使用寿命。 A layer of dense protective layer on the surface of the rubber sample was formed by flu- orocarbon modification treatment method. Using electron microscopy scanning,it showed that this pro- tective layer contained only two elements i. e. fluorine and carbon as well as a small amount of silicon, and had morphology of dense, uniform and smooth. Medium resistance and smooth surface friction and wear experiment showed that this fluorocarbon coating had good thermal stability and chemical stabili- ty, which could effectively improve medium resistance, abrasion resistance and resistance to stick of the rubber sample, lower coefficient of friction and temperature of dynamic friction on the surface of the rub- ber sample contact area and aging speed, and improved the service life of dynamic seal rubber products.
