摘要 制备了EPDM/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)共混型热塑性弹性体,并对其力学性能和隔声性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着EVA用量的增加,材料的隔声性能提高;当EPDM/EVA并用比为50/50时,材料具有良好的隔声性能;云母粉、玻璃微珠和硫酸钡3种填料中,硫酸钡用量为300份时,可显著提高隔音材料在中高频率范围的隔声性能;隔音材料层厚的增加,可使材料发生共振效应,共振频率向更高的频率移动,并使共振频率处的最低隔声量有所提高。 The EPDM/EVA thermoplastic elastomer was prepared, and the mechanical properties and sound transmission loss were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of EVA con- tent, the sound transmission loss was increased. When the blending ratio of EPDM/EVA was 50/50, the blend had good sound insulation performance The transmission loss at mid-frequency and high- frequency could be remarkably increased when barium sulphate was 300 phr; The resonance frequency and its transmission loss at resonance frequency could be increased when the thickness of sound insula- tion material was increased.
