摘要
分析了牙轮钻头安装和磨损间隙引起牙轮相对牙爪轴线的平移和倾斜对相邻锥体上球齿间隙的影响 ,通过计算 ,当牙轮、牙爪轴线轴向、径向平移使球齿的趋近量有抵消的趋势 ;而滚柱轴承磨损量大于径向滑动轴承时磨损量时 ,引起牙轮、牙爪轴线相对偏斜 ,使大端径向球齿趋近量增大 ,是发生球齿干涉的主要原因。
The paper analyses the effect of translation and offset angle of the cone axis to shaft one on the gap variation between two ring-button, which position on two cones. It is calculated that the offset angle between two axes makes near variation in the big part of cone, which result in the button-like inserts intruding one other.
