组织文化对企业创新能力的影响研究

摘要 随着经济的发展和社会的进步,企业文化已经日渐成为企业生存与发展的精神支柱。特别是进入21世纪以来,创新成为现代企业永恒的主题,更被认为是积极向上的企业文化的灵魂所在。企业要想获得最终的成功,就必要从企业的组织文化着手,在产品、管理、制度等各个方面进行创新,从而获得新的经济霸主地位。
