摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜息肉超声造影增强模式及其临床意义。方法采用造影剂声诺维实时超声造影技术对拟行宫腔镜手术的36例疑诊子宫内膜息肉患者进行超声造影,造影剂注射方法为团注法,观察子宫内膜息肉的造影剂灌注过程及造影声像图特点。结果子宫内膜息肉超声造影均见造影剂高增强灌注,开始增强时间及增强水平等于子宫肌层,但较子宫内膜灌注得早,增强水平高于子宫内膜;31例可见来自子宫肌层的滋养血管进入息肉内,子宫内膜息肉的滋养动脉显示率为86%。结论子宫内膜息肉超声造影具有典型的声像图表现,超声造影可为临床诊断子宫内膜息肉提供有用信息。
Objective To explore the imaging features and clinical significance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS)in uterine endometrial polyps. Methods Thirty-six cases with uterine endometrial polyps confirmed by pathology were studied by CEUS. After bonus SonoVue administration,the perfusion process and sonographic characteristics of lesions were observed. Results After contrast administration,the uterine endo-metrial polyps were all enhanced,the arrival time of uterine endometrial polyps were earlier than the endometria and equal to myometrium. The CEUS level of uterine endometrial polyps were equal to myometrium and higher than that of endometria. In thirty-one cases feeding arteries of uterine endometrial polyps were observed,the detection rate was 86% (31/36 ). Conclusions The uterine endometrial polyps have characteristic CEUS features. The diagnostic accuracy of uterine endometrial polyps may be improved by CEUS,which may provide more reliable information.
