新一轮林改背景下福建林业科技需求分析

Analysis on Demand of Forestry Science and Technology on the Background of the New Round Reform to the Forestry Property System in Fujian Province

采用规范与实证相结合的研究方法，在简要分析林业科技供需关系和新一轮林改后林业科技需求研究重要作用的基础上，通过对320位林农和63位专家的问卷调查，结合实地调研和访谈，分析了福建省新一轮林改后以林农家庭为主的林业经营主体对林业科技的需求情况，明确了林改后林业科技存在的供不应求和结构失衡等问题，指出以林农家庭为主的林业经营主体在改革后对林业科技的需求正呈现出不断增长、日益迫切和多样化的态势。因此，应理解林业科技供求之间的辩证关系，并力争以需求拉动供给，即根据福建林业改革与发展对科技的现实需要，不断地增加林业科技供给的数量、质量和种类，以满足需求。

This paper adopting the research method of combination of normative and empirical, in brief analysis the relationship between supply and demand of forestry science and technology and the important function of forestry science and technology after the new round reform to the forestry property system. Then according to question- naire survey of 320 foresters and 63 experts and combined with the necessary field research and interview, the arti- cle analyzed the main demand of forestry science and technology, cleared the problem of shortage of forestry sci- ence and technology issues and structural imbalances after the new round reform to the forestry property system, and indicated that the demands of forestry science and technology are appearing the trends of ever-increasing and diversified and increasingly urgent. Based on this, we should be in-depth understanding the dialectical relationship between supply and demand of forestry science and technology, and strive to pull supply by improve demand, so we must constantly increase the supply quantity and quality and variety of forestry science and technology according to the realistic demand of Fujian forestry reform and the development, in order to meet the growing demand.
