Game Analysis on Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance of Forestry Industry

基于博弈论的理论视角和建模方法，文章深入到林业产业技术创新战略联盟的主体结构和运行过程，建立了林业产业技术创新战略联盟的合作模式选择模型，探寻合作模式选择的最优合约安排，分析技术交易合作与商业化合作的适应性差异，并讨论了政府参与联盟的必要性和策略选择。在理论分析的基础上，对木竹产业技术创新战略联盟的典型案例进行研究，较好地佐证了文章理论分析的模型与结论。

Based on theory perspective and model estabhshing method of Game Theory, the cooperation choice model of technology innovation strategic alliance of forestry industry is established according to the analysis of its main structure and operation process. The optimize cooperation arrangement model is explored and identified, the article is to analyze the Adaptability difference of technology transaction and cooperative commercialization, discuss the necessity and strategic choice of government participating alliance. Based on theoretical analysis, the article is to study the case of technology innovation strategic alliance of wood/bamboo industry and verify the model and con- clusion of theoretical analysis for technology innovation strategic alliance of forestry industry.
