人力资本投入对食用菌产业发展影响实证研究

Empirical study of Human Capital Investment on the Development of ForestUnder-edible Fungus Industry

利用Logistic回归模型探讨了人力资本投入对食用菌产业发展的影响。研究结果表明：（1）户主学历、是否获取技术指导二因素通过了显著性检验，即户主学历越高，食用菌收益越好；获取必要的技术指导可推进食用菌产业发展；（2）是否具备某项专业技能、是否担任干部两个因素对食用菌产业发展具有非常显著的负向影响，即拥有某项专业技能或者担任干部会影响自家食用菌生产效益；（3）户主年龄、是否加入食用菌合作组织两个因素对食用菌产业发展影响不显著。

In this paper, the Logistic regression model was used to study the influence of the human capital invest- ment on the development of edible fungus industry. The results show that： （1） two factors such as the head of the household qualifications and technical guidance, are obtained through the test of significance, namely the higher the degree, the better the head of the household income; the necessary technical guidance can promote the develop- ment of edible fungus industry; （2） two factors whether have professional skills, or as a cadre, on the edible fungus industry development has a significant negative impact, which has a professional skill or as a cadre affects their edible fungus production benefit; （3） the householder age, whether to join the edible fungus cooperation organization fac- tors impact on the edible fungus industry development was not significant.
