摘要 为了实现餐厨垃圾的减量化和能源化利用,对餐厨垃圾废水厌氧发酵特征进行了研究。采用L27(313)正交试验法考察了进水COD浓度、接种率、进水pH和水解酸化时间,以及它们之间的交互作用对餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵产气率的影响。结果表明,在进水COD为60g/L、接种率为40%(体积分数)、进水pH为7.0、水解酸化时间为1d的条件下可以取得良好的产气效果,产气率达到0.631 8L/g(以COD计),从而实现餐厨垃圾高负荷低成本稳定化处理。且各影响因素间的影响大小为:接种率>进水pH>水解酸化时间>进水COD浓度,其显著性顺序为:接种率>进水COD浓度与水解酸化时间交互>接种率与进水pH交互。 Anaerobic fermentation characteristic of kitchen wastewater was studied so that to greater achieve the reduction and energy utilization of kitchen waste. Influences of the influent COD concentration,inoculums ratios,initial pH , hydrolysis acidification time and interactions between them on anaerobic digestion gas production ratio of kitchen wastewater were researched by L27 (3^13) orthogonal tests. The results showed that the anaerobic digestion achieved good performance of gas production when the influent COD concentration was 60 g/L,inoculums ratios was 40% ,the initial pH was 7.0 and the hydrolysis acidification time was 1 d,the biogas production ratios could reach 0. 631 8 L per gram COD. The influencing effects of factor were followed the order of inoculums ratios〉initial pH〉 hydrolysis acid-ification time〉influent COD concentration,and the significant sequence was inoculums rates,interaction effects of the influent concentration and hydrolysis acidification time,interaction effects of inoculums ratios and the initial pH.
