摘要 现阶段采用的塑料造粒方法废塑料利用率不高,同时造成二次污染问题严重。以广东省清远市塑料造粒企业为案例,基于物质流理念分析构建了废塑料造粒固废代谢拓扑结构图,详细解析了废塑料造粒企业的固废流向,并同时引入清洁生产思想,以工艺源头替代、末端回用、延程减排的方法找到废塑料造粒企业的减排方案及适合于废塑料再生行业开展固废减排工作的相关对策,以此减少固废产生,提高经济效益和环境效益。 The currently used waste plastic recycling method,plastic granulating process, had the problems of low recycling rates and high secondary pollution. In this paper, the plastic granulating enterprises in Qingyuan, Guang-dong were selected as research object to investigate the solid waste metabolic topology structure of waste plastic gran-ulating process by using substance flow analysis. More detailed analysis was discussed for solid waste flow direction. Besides, by introducing of the clean production ideas, some methods of source alternative,terminal reutilization and ex-tending reduction range were suggested to apply in emission reduction programs of plastic granulator enterprises. Cor-responding countermeasures to solid waste reduction work were proposed to reduce the solid waste emissions of waste plastic regeneration industry and to improve the economic and environmental benefits.
