摘要 探讨了等离子体质谱 (ICP -MS)测定碳酸盐岩痕量稀土元素中基体效应及稀土元素间干扰 ,采用模拟碳酸盐岩样品中稀土元素天然组成比值的校正溶液 ,对稀土元素间的干扰具有明显的抑制作用 ,利用1 1 5In - 1 0 3Rh双内标校正系统 ,有效地抑制了分析信号的动态漂移 ,建立了碳酸盐岩中超痕量稀土元素的ICP -MS分析方法。方法检出限为 (0 .1~ 1 .2 6)ng/g ,RSD≤1 5% (n =5)。用碳酸盐岩标准物质GBW 0 71 0 8和碳酸盐岩管理样分析验证 。 A method for the determination of ultra trace rare earth elements in carbonates by ICP MS has been developed. The matrix effects of Ca and Mg on REEs and interelement effects among REEs were studied in detail. The interelement effects among REEs can be minimized by using matched calibration solutions with similar composition to the natural carbonates. The composition of matched calibration solutions are based on statistically calculated average values from 16 carbonates. Two internal standards of 115 In and 103 Rh were selected to compensate the drift of analytical signals. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of ultra trace REEs in carbonates. The detection limits for REEs are 0.1~1.26 ng/g with precision of less than 15% RSD ( n =5). The analytical results of REEs in standard reference carbonate (GBW 07108) sample by this method are in good agreement with certified values.
