摘要
拟定了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定高纯氧化钇中 1 4个稀土杂质的方法 ,选择了仪器的最佳工作条件 ,考察了基体效应的影响。在选定条件下 ,1 4个稀土元素的检出限为 (0 .0 6~ 1 .1 0 ) μg/g ,相对标准偏差 (n≥ 1 0 )为 0 .98%~ 9.3% ,加标回收率为 93%~ 1 1 4%。方法不经预分离富集处理 。
A method for the determination of 14 rare earth elements (REEs) in high purity yttrium oxide by ICP AES has been developed. The operation condition of the instrument was optimized and the matrix effect was studied. Under the optimized working condition, the detection limits for 14 REEs are (0.06~ 1.10) μg/g. Recoveries for rare earth impurities are 93%~114% with precision of 0.98%~9.3% RSD( n ≥10). The method has been successfully applied to the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in high purity yttrium oxide samples with satisfactory results.
