摘要
以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱检测人发中微量元素的质量监控方案为例 ,通过建立空白值控制图及准确度控制图 ,对含量范围在 (x .0~xxx .0 ) μg/g的Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Pb等元素的分析质量进行了有效的监控 。
A method for quality control in analysis of trace elements in human hair by ICP AES has been proposed. In this method two graphs of “blank value control graph” and “accuracy control graph” were established. The method has been applied to quality control in analysis of trace elements of Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca, Pb at the concentration range of ( x.0~xxx .0) μg/g in human hair by ICP AES. The results have proved that the proposed quality control method is effective and reliable.
