摘要
本文分析了麒麟区山洪灾害发生的特点、规律,研究了防灾减灾工作的基本思路、目标和综合防治措施,并提出了建设水雨情监测、监测预警平台和预警等子系统防御洪灾的建议。
Characteristics and rules of Qilin District mountain flood disaster are analyzed in the paper. Basic ideas, goals as well as comprehensive prevention and control measures in disaster prevention and reduction are studied. Suggestions of constructing water and rainfall monitoring, monitoring early warning platform and early warning and other subsystems for preventing flood disasters are proposed.
