水资源动态数字化遥测综合监测系统,利用现代通讯、计算机技术等手段,实施水资源动态自动测报,具有精度高、稳定性强和时效性高的特点,克服了人工观测的种种不足。对水资源优化配置、地震信息及时预测预报和地震灾害预防决策具有促进作用,社会效益、经济效益明显。
Water resource dynamic digital telemetry integrated monitoring system realizes water resource dynamic automatic monitoring by modern communication, computer technology and other means, which is characterized by high accuracy, high stability and high timeliness. It overcomes shortcomings of artificial observations, which can promote optimal allocation of water resources, earthquake information timely prediction and seismic disaster prevention decision-making with prominent social and economic benefit.
