摘要
为适应临时或突发技改工程的需要,设计出了一种新型液位控制器电路装置,并在实践中得到应用,该装置能够独立实现液位检测、信号处理、传输、控制电机运转的系列功能,解决了目前液位传感器只能检测、还必须依赖PLC进行处理信号及控制电机的问题,使现场不具有PLC或距离PLC较远的情况下,问题能够得到解决;电路制作取材方便、设计巧妙简洁。
In order to meet the needs of temporary and sudden technical transformation projects,a new electric controller of liquid level was designed,which has been used in practice. The controller can realize the functions of liquid level detection, signal process, signal transmission and motor control all alone,and it solved the problem that the current sensors of liquid level only can detect level and must rely on PLC to handle signal and control the motor, so problems can be solved when there is no PLC or PLC is far from the scene.And it's convenient to obtain the materials of the manufacture of circuits ,and the design is ingenious and concise
