超前支护在煤岩断层带的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 在岩巷掘进过程中,由于煤呈层状埋藏,并且存在一定的倾角,掘进过程中经常存在揭、过煤层现象。在穿煤施工过程中,经常遇到断层、破碎带等复杂地质构造条件,煤岩断层带岩石松软破碎、巷道压力大。迎面墙易片帮、顶板易冒落。既影响正常掘进又易发生事故,基于对陈四楼煤矿十五采区行人下山(下平巷)煤岩断层带复杂地质条件分析,提出管缝锚杆与金属网片相结合的超前支护方式。实践表明,该超前支护方案能有效控制片帮、冒顶事故的发生。从而保证安全快速的掘进。 In rock roadway process, because coal was layered buried, and there is a certain angle, there is often exposed during excavation, over seams phenomenon.
