A Research on Identifying the Harmonic Source from the Power Grid

摘要 随着现代电子技术的迅速发展,电能质量已经成为当今电网必须面对的一个重要问题。一方面,电网中存在越来越多的谐波污染源,谐波在电网中传递、叠加甚至放大,影响范围不仅仅局限于局部地区;另一方面,低压客户中某些新式电器对谐波含量非常敏感,由供电谐波引发的居民用电异常事件也倍受关注。通过将长时全局监测数据与短时集中实测数据进行有机结合,在对上海电网电能质量监测网数据进行挖掘的基础上,利用电能质量监测网对电网的谐波分布进行全面分析,并结合现场谐波测试,辨识主要谐波来源,探讨电网谐波溯源的方法。分析认为,改变运行方式虽能迅速解决投诉区域的谐波超标问题,但不能从根本上减缓电网整体的谐波含量,只是在局部薄弱地区破坏了谐振放大的条件。为此,从精细化管理角度出发,提出了治理电网谐波超标的五大措施。 Along with the rapid development of modern electronic technology, power quality becomes an important issue of the current power grid. At present, the level of metropolitan consumption is gradually increasing, and thus our society is paying close attention to events of electricity malfunction caused by harmonic from ultrahigh voltage grid. This paper investigates the approach to trace source of harmonic from ultrahigh voltage grid based on data mining of power quality monitoring system of Shanghai grid. This paper combines long-term monitoring data and short-term local testing data to provide analysis and solutions of the current harmonic problems of Shanghai grid.
