10kV电容器采用小容量多分组方案分析

摘要 针对当前10kV电容器组容量日趋增大,电容器组的频繁投切对母线电压波动及电能质量带来不利影响的现状,通过分析电容器组分组容量与调压幅度的关系、电容器组分组容量与电容器装置利用率的关系,确定电容器组的分组原则,从而更好地满足系统电压和无功功率调控要求。分析认为,采用2.4Mvar+1.2Mvar×3组设计方案,优于2.4Mvar+3.6Mvar方案。案例证实了采用小容量多分组方案,能使电容器分组投切时电压波动小、调节特性平稳,还能减少分接头调节档位次数,延长主变有载调压分接开关的寿命。 The frequent switching of capacitor bank with a capacity on the increase brings negative effects on the bus voltage and the quality of electric energy. By analyzing the voltage amplitude and capacitor utilization in the case of different grouping scheme of 10 kV medium voltage capacitor, this paper demonstrates that the use of 2.4 Mvarl. 2 MvarX 3 group design is better than the 2. Mvar- 3.6 Mvar scheme. Cases also confirm that small capacity grouping scheme can not only make the capacitor switching voltage fluctuation smaller and the regulation characteristics more stable but also reduce the tap changing frequency and extend the life of the main transformer load tap changer.
