摘要
针对老式的高压断路器动作特性测速仪在现场检测时存在测速传感器安装位置困难、操作工艺复杂、测速精度低等问题,通过调研研发了一种现场便于安装、易于操作,特别适用于10kV真空断路器动作特性测速仪的测速支架。介绍了研发测速支架的背景、结构、组装、特点和应用效果。新研制的断路器动作特性测速仪的测速支架,较好地解决了测速传感器现场安装难、检测配合难等技术难题,确保了现场测速数据的准确性和提升了工作效率。
When high voltage circuit breaker operating characteristic of speedometer detection in the field, it is difficult to install speed sensor. We also encountered operating process complexity and low speed precision. So we research a tachometer bracket easy to install, easy to operate, especially for 10kV vacuum circuit breaker~ s speedometer measuring operating characteristics. The article describes the background, structure, assembly, features and application results of the research. The newly developed tachometer bracket solves the above tech- nical problems. In addition, it ensures data accuracy in the site and enhances the work efficiency.
