摘要
简述了全回转套管钻机国内外研究现状,通过对全套管灌注桩施工流程的描述,分析归纳了全套管钻进的机理和特点。详细阐述了QHZ-2000全回转套管钻机的设计结构、参数以及钻机设计的关键技术。全回转套管钻机的研究填补了国内自主研发同类钻机的空白,是一种绿色环保、安全的无循环桩基施工新设备和新技术。
In this paper,it has summarized the research actuality of home and abroad,analysed and concluded the working mechanism and characteristics of full casing foundation drilling by describing its working process.The structure and specification,the key techniques on design of the QHZ-2000 Casing rotator is elaborated.Study on the Casing rotator has filled the gap of developing similar foundation rig independently in the domestic.It is a kind of environmental,universal and safe piling equipment and new foundation drilling method without mud.
