摘要
钝顶螺旋藻 (SpirulinaplatensisGeitler)培养在低浓度NaHCO3 ( 2~5g/dm3 )和适量生长素QS( 0 .5~ 5mg/dm3 )中 ,研究了生长素QS对钝顶螺旋藻生长、生物量和生化组成的影响 ,结果表明 ,在生长素QS为 1mg/dm3 ,NaHCO3 浓度为5g/dm3 时 ,钝顶螺旋藻的生长最好 ,生物量、蛋白质及总碳水化合物的含量也与高浓度NaHCO3 ( 8g/dm3 )培养条件下的基本相同 ,说明生长素QS的加入在一定程度上可降低NaHCO3 的使用量 ,而不影响钝顶螺旋藻生长、生物量和生化组成。因而生长素QS在钝顶螺旋藻的养殖中可作为NaHCO3 部分替代剂 ,从而达到降低养殖成本的目的。
The present experiments were carried out from March 1996 to July 1996.The culture of Spirulina platensis in Zarrouk's media with low NaHCO 3 concentration (5~2 g/dm3) and various contents of QS (0.5~5 mg/dm 3), shows that S.platensis could grow very well at the condition of 5g/dm 3 NaHCO 3 with 1 mg/dm 3 QS; biomass, protein and total carbohydrate contents were also similar to those growing under high NaHCO 3 concentration(8 g/dm 3), which indicate that addition of QS can decrease the use quantity of NaHCO 3 to some extent, but the growth and quality of S.platensis is not affected. So QS can be used as an effective succedaneum of NaHCO 3 and lead to decrease the cultural cost.
