Effect of POE-g-MAH on Morphology and Rheological Behavior of r-PET/PP Blends

摘要 以马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)为相容剂,通过熔融共混技术对回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚丙烯(r-PET/PP)共混体系进行增容改性,研究了POE-g-MAH含量对r-PET/PP共混体系相形态和流变行为的影响。结果表明,添加5%(质量分数,下同)POE-g-MAH的r-PET/PP共混材料,PP颗粒嵌入r-PET基体材料中,PP平均粒径由未增容时的(2.71±2.65)μm减小为(1.18±0.62)μm,两相间界面模糊,r-PET的玻璃化转变温度向低温方向移动,r-PET和PP相容性明显提高;添加POE-g-MAH后,使得r-PET/PP共混体系的复数黏度、储能模量和损耗模量明显提高。 Maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene-octene copolymer (POE-g-MAH) was used as a compatibilizer in the blends of recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate) (rPET) and polypropylene (PP). Effect of POE-g-MAH on morphology and rheological behavior of r-PET/PP blends was investigated. When POE-g-MAH content was 5 wt %, average size of PP decreased from 2.71±2.65 for uncompatibiliezd blends to 1. 18 ±0. 62μ m. In addition, interfaces between the two phases became vague, and T, of r-PET shifted to lower temperatures, indicating a remarkable improvement of compatibility between r-PET and PP. Addition of POE-g-MAH increased the entanglement between r-PET and PP, leading to a remarkable increase in complex viscosity and storage modulus and loss modulus.
