摘要 在分析液晶电视前壳结构及技术要求的基础上,确定了模具的总体结构设计方案。根据产品外表面高光的要求,设计了专门的加热/冷却管道和温控系统;针对产品尺寸大且表面光洁度要求高的特点,设计了多点针阀式热流道系统转普通冷流道和香蕉式浇口的浇注系统;根据产品搭扣和倒扣柱位的结构特点,设计了专门的斜顶抽芯机构;并设计了模具的排气结构,给出了模具的装配图,叙述了模具的工作过程。该模具应用于生产实践的结果表明,可获得表面高光的高品质产品。 The general scheme of an injection mold for a large LCD TV panel was determined. For better surface finish, a specific heating/cooling system and temperature control system were designed. The runner system, which starts from a pin valve hot runner system and turn to cold runner and tunnel gates, was obtained. Lifters which work for smooth injection and pulling side cores were used. The venting system and the material for cavity were introduced. The assembly drawing was shown and the moldrs working process was described at last. The mold has been put into practice, leading to high quality products.
