两种心电图标准诊断左心室肥厚价值的比较观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察比较心电图Sokolow-lyon标准和Cornell标准诊断高血压左心室肥厚(LVH)的临床价值。方法:选择高血压病住院患者236例,以超声心动图(UCG)诊断LVH的结果为标准,同时采用日本光电ECG-9620P12导联同步心电图仪记录常规12导联ECG,测量相关导联RaVL、Sv3、Sv1和Rv5的振幅,取连续3个心动周期的均值作为测量值,分别计算以心电图Sokolow-lyon标准、Cornell标准以及两种标准联用时诊断高血压LVH的敏感度和特异性。结果:以Cornell标准、Sokolow-lyon联合Cornell标准为诊断依据,诊断高血压LVH敏感度分别为59.70%、64.18%,均显著高于采用Sokolow-lyon标准的36.57%(P<0.05);各诊断标准间特异性差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:采用Cornell标准或将其与Sokolow-Lyon标准联合应用,诊断高血压LVH的敏感度高于Sokolow-Lyon标准,有助于提高高血压LVH患者的检出率。
