现阶段我国私营企业主阶层的“过渡性”体征

私营企业主阶层会否蜕变为新生资产阶级,是当前理论界的一个敏感问题,也是不应回避的重要问题。今天重温邓小平南方谈话,对于我们正确看待现阶段我国私营企业主阶层的阶级属性这一"发展起来以后的问题"有重要的方向指针性意义。它包含两个重要信息:必须正视"私营企业主阶层"的"过渡"特质,不可将其"过渡性"政治经济体征理解为一种"新生资产阶级"特征;为有效防止私营企业主阶层"阶级化"的可能之发生,推进"发展起来以后"的进一步的改革势在必行。

Whether private entrepreneurs will degenerate into nascent bourgeoisie is both a sen- sitive issue in the current theoretical circle and an important issue that should not be avoided. Today reviewing Deng Xiaoping's south tour speech will be of great significance for us to cor- rectly view the class attribute of the private entrepreneurs.It contains two important messa- ges:Firstly,the transitional character of private entrepreneurs should be treated well.The transitional political and economic signs should not be understood as a kind of'new bourgeois' characteristics.Secondly,in order to effectively prevent the class formation of private entrepre- neurs,the reform matching with the present situation should be promoted.
