摘要 我国如何跨越"中等收入陷阱",这已经成为多领域专家、学者和政策制定者面临的一个严峻问题。本文首先剖析了经典人力资本理论,认为经典人力资本理论未能在教育与经济的动态发展过程中探讨二者的关系。然后,借鉴技能偏向型技术进步的理论,分别从技术进步与技能需求的关系、技能需求与收入分配的关系、技能供给与技术进步路径的关系等视角分析教育与经济的关系,并指出了我国在从中等收入向高收入阶段转型过程中教育与技能供需的主要问题。 How to avoid Middle Income Trap? It is a serious issue for academies from various fields and policy makers. The paper starts from analyzing classic human capital theory, and concludes that classic human capital theory did not discuss the relationship between education and economy in a dynamic fashion. Drawing on the skill biased technology assumption, the paper analyze the relationship between education and economy from the perspective of technological advancements and skill demand, skill demand and income distribution, skill supply and the path of technological advancements. Furthermore, the paper points out some main issues on skill demand and supply during the process of Chinese transition from middle income to high income.
