摘要
本文在对山西省临汾市乡宁、蒲县、洪洞3个样本县中小学实地调研的基础上,运用定性与定量相结合的AHP法,对3个县的受教育机会权差异进行了详细地比较和分析。研究表明:经济状况不是保障适龄儿童受教育机会权的决定性因素,但它具有重要的基础性支撑作用;入学权的保障状况对受教育机会权的实现状况的优劣具有决定性的作用;升学权的保障状况对受教育机会权的实现状况具有一定的影响;择校权的实现状况对受教育机会权的实现水平影响很小。
This article is based on the field investigation and research of the primary and middle schools in three sample counties--Hongtong, Xiangning, Pu County in Linfen ,Shanxi Province. It uses the method --AHP. which combines the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to compare and analyze the differences of the education opportunity right among the three counties in great detail. The research shows that: economic situation is not the decisive factor to guarantee school-age children's education opportunity right, but it is the foundation and has an important role in providing support ; the guarantee of admission right is decisive in the realization of the education opportunity right ; the guarantee of entrance right has a certain influence on the realization of the education opportunity right ; the realization of the right of choosing schools has very little effect on the realization of the education opportunity right.
