摘要
在以政府规划为基础的供给驱动模式下,政府和教育培训机构更多地关注供给问题,却很少考虑市场是否"需要",造成技能供给与需求不匹配。在这种情况下,职业教育培训进入需求驱动时代,关注促使技能供给和劳动力市场的技能需求相一致,这也是我国职业教育未来的发展方向。
Matching skill supply and demand is the key challenge for TVET. Under the supply driven model basing on manpower planning, the government and training institutions tend to lock their attention on supply issues and ignore the demand of market which leads to the mismatch between the supply of and demand for skills. Then TVET enters the demand-driven era, pays more attention to adjust skill supply to demand of labour market. It's the later direction of TVET development in China.
