大样本血脂监测及随季节性变化研究

Measurement of Lipid of Large Samples in Different Groups and the Change of Lipid with Seasons

目的 :本文探讨不同人群及同一人群血脂的动态及季节性变化。方法 :胆固醇 (TC)采用CHOD -POD法 ,甘油三脂 (TG)采用CPO -POD法 ,高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (HDL -C)采用PTA -Mg2 +法。结果 :同一性别大于 5 0岁组TC值显著高于小于 5 0岁相应组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同年龄区间不同性别组血脂无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,血脂曲线有季节性波动。结论 :TC随年龄升高有明显上升趋势 ,TC、TG曲线有季节性变化。

Objective To study lipid of large samples of different groups and the change of lipid with seasons. Methods Cholesterol was adopted by CHOD-PADmethod, Triglyceride was adopted by CPO-POD method, HDL-cholesterol was adopted by PTA-Mg 2+ method. Results There was significant difference of the men's cholesterol between the younger fifty years old and the elder fifty years old, between men and women in the results of lipid there was no notable difference, the curve of lipidemic is concerned with the seasons. Conclusion The old patients were with higher of lipidemic levels, the cholestervl and Triglycerde were changed with seasons.
