摘要
综述了聚氨酯轮胎的材料特性、种类及生产方式,介绍该产业国内外的研究历程和最新进展,并对影响聚氨酯轮胎使用的热损坏问题进行分析和探讨,总结了目前轮胎温度场研究的常用方法,提出有限元法对聚氨酯轮胎研究的意义和前景。
The polyurethane tyre is a kind of green tyre for its excellent anti-wear and fuel-efficient perform- ances comparing with the rubber tyres. The polyurethane tyre characters such as material feature, type, manufac- turing method, research history and the latest development were introduced. The thermal destruction problem of the tyre was discussed. The tyre temperature field research method was summarized and the significant and future of fi- nite element method were pointed out.
